Terms and Conditions & Coaching Agreement
1. Educational Services Only
The 90-Day Program (the "Program") provided by Barry Lainof is strictly for educational and informational purposes. I am a coach, not a licensed medical professional, doctor, or therapist. No part of this Program should be construed as medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
2. No Doctor-Patient Relationship
Participation in this Program or communication via Google Meet, email, or YouTube does not create a doctor-patient relationship. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition.
3. Assumption of Risk
By enrolling in the Program, you acknowledge that you are voluntarily participating and assume all risk of injury, illness, or damage. Barry Lainof is not responsible for any adverse effects resulting from your use of the information provided.
4. Payment and Refund Policy
The total investment for the 90-Day Program is $1,000 USD, payable via Stripe. Due to the digital nature of the materials and the 1:1 time dedicated to your sessions, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued once the Program has commenced.
5. Program Results
While I am "ambitious" for your success, results depend on your individual effort and implementation. There are no guarantees of specific health or financial outcomes.
6. Termination
I reserve the right to terminate your participation in the Program if conduct is deemed inappropriate or disruptive to the coaching environment.
7. Confidentiality & Data Privacy
A. Private Sessions: All information shared during our 1:1 consultations via Google Meet or email is strictly confidential. I will not disclose any personal details, health information, or proprietary business data to third parties without your express written consent.
B. Data Security: Your payment information is handled securely through Stripe; I do not store your credit card details. Personal data collected via Google Workspace (Forms, Sheets, Drive) is protected by Google’s enterprise-grade security protocols.
C. Program Recordings: If sessions are recorded for your review, they will be stored in a private Google Drive folder accessible only to you and me. These recordings will never be used for marketing or YouTube content without a separate signed release.
